Ashtanga yoga complements every sport training program.
This dynamic and aerobic form of yoga, is characterized by breath synchronized
movements, which link one pose to the next in a choreographed sequence.
Nearly every form of intensively practiced sport causes physical imbalances.
Ashtanga counteracts muscular imbalances inherent in one-sided sports
and training, and as such, reduces the risk of injury. The yoga dramatically
improves concentration, relaxation skills and increases vitality and
stamina.
Emma provides team or individual training and also the option of intensive
workshops which offer a break from the usual training routine. School
groups greatly benefit from this practice.
