The class you choose depends on experience, preference, your physical
requirements and the body’s limitations. Classes range from those
suitable for the complete beginner, to the dynamic aerobic practice of
the ashtanga sequence. There are sessions to fire the imagination of your
children, or there’s the calming and nurturing practice designed
for pre/post pregnancy. Whether you choose to come to a general class,
arrange a one to one session, enjoy a weekend workshop or deepen your
practice on a yoga holiday, this vibrant yogini will help you create a
